Visions → Reality
Ideas rarely arrive finished. I turn early thoughts, messy possibilities, and ambitious concepts into clear strategies, identities, campaigns, and visual systems.

Work
Disciplines and categories explored through a curated lens. Click to explore.
A curated selection of brand marks and typographic systems designed to anchor visual identities with clarity and intent.
Transforming visual identities into tactile experiences. This selection bridges the gap between digital branding and physical artifacts.
Explorations in layout, typography, and imagery. Poster design serves as both a functional communication tool and an expressive medium.
[ 02 ] Practice
I Work Where
Thinking Meets Making.
Creative Strategy
Finding the idea worth building around.
Brand Strategy + Positioning
Defining what a brand means, who it matters to and where it should stand.
Brand Identity
Turning strategy into a distinctive visual language.
Creative Direction
Building coherence across visuals, words, campaigns and experiences.
Campaign Concepts
Creating ideas designed to travel across channels, formats and culture.
Graphic + Visual Design
Posters, digital communication, merchandise, editorial and brand applications.
Brand Voice + Storytelling
Shaping how an idea speaks as well as how it looks.
Experience + Visualization
Exploring how ideas can exist beyond a screen.
[ 03 ] Approach
Ambiguity → Idea → System → Reality
I don't begin by asking what something should look like.
I begin by asking what it needs to mean.
- 01
Understand
Context before aesthetics.
The audience, ambition, problem, culture and constraints come first.
- 02
Distill
Find the central idea.
Remove the noise until there is something clear enough to guide every decision that follows.
- 03
Translate
Give the idea a language.
Strategy becomes words, images, typography, behaviour, objects, campaigns or experiences.
- 04
Build
Turn individual decisions into a system.
The goal is not one beautiful output. It is an idea capable of staying coherent wherever it appears.
- 05
Release
Put the work into the real world.
Then see what survives contact with people.
[ 04 ] About
Nischal
KB Ghale
Nish, most of the time.
I'm an independent creative strategist, designer and entrepreneur based in Kathmandu. My work sits strictly between business thinking and visual culture.
I've worked across branding, marketing, music, live events, hospitality, tourism, fashion, technology and cultural projects, moving freely between strategy, creative direction, design and execution.
I co-founded Pun Intended, a creative agency working across branding, campaigns and visual communication.
I also co-founded MindSnack, where my work extends into business development, digital growth, technology, marketing and client strategy.
Those different worlds influence how I approach creative work. I don't see strategy, business and design as separate rooms. The interesting work usually happens in the doorway between them.
The core thesis
VIZIONISH is where I explore that intersection. Visions → Reality.

[ 06 ] The Other Side of the Screen
I studied Information Management, not design alone. That matters.
Technology taught me systems.
Management taught me context.
Business taught me constraints.
Design taught me how to make those things visible.
Most of what I know creatively came from making, breaking, observing, working with people and doing it again.
